Inmate Found Unresponsive in Cell Just after 6 p.m. on 6/11/25, TCSO Correctional Deputies were doing a regularly scheduled safety check at the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility. During that time, Deputies found a 59-year-old male inmate unresponsive inside his cell.
